Corrective Steps Requested

The Canadian Union of Postal Workers (the “Union”) requests a statement to the effect that Board members have violated the provisions of the collective agreement and of relevant legislation. The Union also requests that the employer be ordered to pay the CTI, with interest, to all employees affected by this grievance. The Union reserves the right to amend this grievance and to request any additional corrective action.
