The Canada Post Corporation is violating the collective agreement by not modifying the sortation and preparation standards for routes with a high number of points of call.
Corrective Steps Requested
That the Corporation be ordered to modify the sortation and preparation standards for routes with a high number of points of call, and that the Corporation also be ordered to pay to the employees having worked on those routes the amounts stemming from the modification of these standards, with interests.
