Statement
The Canadian Union of Postal Workers grieves that the employer is in violation of article 11 and other portions or the RSMC collective agreement in that it is not notifying the Transition Committee as soon as possible or providing it with all relevant information when it is modifying routes as described in clauses 11.03 and 11.04.
Corrective Steps Requested
That the employer abide by the provisions of clause 11.05 when it is modifying routes as described in clauses 11.03 and 11.04 and that other appropriate remedies be granted.
