Statement

The Canadian Union of Postal Workers grieves that the employer has violated the provisions of the collective agreement in that it has failed to apply the provisions of clause 30.02 and the letter from Mary Traversy concerning the clarification and exceptions to the drug formulary - article 30.

Corrective Steps Requested

That an interlocutory order be issued to have the employer cease and desist from its improper application of the provisions of article 30 and the letter from Mary Traversy and that the co-insurance of the Extended Health Care Plan be maintained at 80 % for all drugs.

That by final decision the employer be required to properly apply the provisions of clause 30.02 and the letter from Mary Traversy, that employees, their physicians and their pharmacists be given immediate and easy access to the specifics of the drug formulary that employees be compensated for any damages they have suffered as a result of the employer's improper application of the collective agreement and that other appropriate remedies be granted.
